NCWSBA holds its Annual General Meeting and Forum each year typically in August but was held in July 2024 this year. The meeting is held in Melbourne as part of the annual Wool Week events. In addition to the business of the Annual General Meeting, which includes reporting on the activities of NCWSBA during the year and presenting of the annual financial accounts, the Forum includes presentations by a guest speaker, as well as discussion of key industry issues of the day.
